I made a reservation to pick up my items for 1/22/21 at 11 am. I get to BW at 10:55am and start calling. No one picks up, after 20 minutes of waiting I go inside BW and start knocking on the door. No answer. I even ask the BW front desk if they could tell them they have a customer waiting. They said they couldn’t. However after another 3 calls and 5 mins of waiting the door opens but only for a delivery man. I ask the person if they are with Rounds, and they say yes.
