Current resident and I’m so unsatisfied with this place. There’s one maintenance person and one office person. Not open in the middle of the week, and there is ALWAYS SOMETHING THAT HAS TO BE FIXED! Upgraded to a bigger space and got bigger problems. There’s a laundry list of things I could name I’m currently experiencing with this townhouse, but nothing is going to change. Roaches, plumbing issues, water leaks, etc etc etc.. We pay well over $2K for this place and this is what we get. I have to work two jobs to afford to co... read more
Lived here for a few months until I had to move at 9 months pregnant due to harassment & terroristic threats. I informed the lady Anna in the leasing office and was told to send my police reports and notice which I did close to 90 days in advanced. Did my walk thru & was told I’d only be charged a cleaning fee but when I left I received notice that I was charged for August 2025 rent anyway although I did not live in the apartment at all in August.. now I’m being called by collectors & saying it will be on my credit. I love living here. The homes are nice and maintenance is fast. Of course there’s a few things that could be worked on like the pool and people throwing trash out literally right in front of the trash bin but other than that, it’s pretty peaceful here. It is kind of hard to get in touch with management but Anna is the ONLY one in office. So please be considerate and keep that in mind. El lugar se puede decir que es tranquilo aunque en mi segunda semana de haberme mudado allí me abrieron el carro y me robaron , las casas adosadas si son cómodas espaciosas y bonitas. Pero OJO tienen un grave problema con la ELECTRICIDAD, constantemente se explotan los transformadores y quedas sin electricidad en cualquier momento ( en la noche es lo peor ) y no dan ninguna explicación al respecto , para el precio que tiene creo q es una deficiencia horrible.
