HORRIBLE. PICK UP THE PHONE! TURN OFF THE FAX MACHINE. Worst delivery service on the planet. It's almost an hour past the estimated delivery time. Can't call to cancel, can't try and get my money back...pre-paid. You guys suck.

This is the second time in a row that i have ordered delivery and been told 45 minutes-an hour. Two weekends ago it took them 2 hours to get to my house, which is half a mile away from the restaraunt. Today i ordered at 11:23 and STILL NOT HERE. Last time i didn't mind as much because they gave me a large discount. But why should i have to call to tell them the same exact thing, get your staff together! Absolute worst experience. Completely rude and had to refund us a salad bar because there wasn't any toppings out and never got around to filling it . pizza was under cooked and cheese wasn't completely melted. Dirty and just awful.
Waited 20 minutes before anyone came around to make my order. No other customers there, no pizzas in the oven so it wasnt busy. Got home and barely any sauce on the pizza. The Round Table on Retail Road is alot better.
I wish I could get a couple of pizzas sent to me? No Roundtable out here let alone Jack in the Box!!!��
Paid for a pizza 45 minutes ago. Just checked, she is just now making it. Unacceptable as there were only one other couple in here and they already had their pizza when we got here.
