They aren’t watching for people to get new plates whenever they go to the buffet. Instead they reuse their plates for return trips and are winding up possibly making others sick. Carry out is also slow, as others have posted. I was told twice that it would take 20 minutes and wounded up waiting 40.
This location sucks. Doesnt matter wether you pick it up or get it delivered, they never get it done on time. Tonight was the final straw for me. Ordered a pizza and a sandwich, got told it would be an hour and 45 minutes. 2 hours later, i call and get told the delivery driver just picked up my pizza. 25 minutes later, no pizza.Call back to see whats going on, get told it was going to be another hour. Unacceptable.

My husband and I have the buffet a lot, salad bar is amazing!!! And the pizza always taste fresh. We love this round table
enjoyed our visit, but noticed that the glass keeping the booths apart needed to be cleaned, full of finger prints and the floor coming into the side of the restaurant full of dirty boot prints (white chalky) but other than that the pizza was good and nice selection of salad bar, pretty clean on the buffet line. Other than what I mentioned I would have given 4 stars.
4/28 - Tried to order online and delivery time was 4 hours. Called 5 times and never got an answer. Called N. Carson and they didn't know what was going on and a manager was going over to see what was happening . 4/29 - Went online again to order, system said it would be 2 hours and 10 minutes for delivery. Called the store and got an answer, but was told it's a 2 hour wait because a driver had called off. Place sucks slow serving us and almost every table was dirty. Waited 50 min to get food.
