Very confused staff that doesn't understand simple ordering. I sat waited for my pizza while it sat there and got cold not to mention the pizza guy putting someone else's pizza on top of my box of wings. Two girls were chatting the whole time not getting anything done and went on break not communicating about me still waiting for my pizza that I waited 20 min for in an empty restaurant. Pick up time was supposedly 8:05 but wasn't given to me about 8:30
My wife, daughter and I had such a pleasant experience dining here this Sunday evening. We ordered 2 beautiful garden salads and one awesome all you can eat salad bar along with an order of garlic twists. Our server, Stephanie, was so attentive, thoughtful and fun! She made us truly feel right at home and had our items there in record time. While we enjoyed that food Stephanie was off getting our pizza order going. This place would be great if it had a complete overhual in staffing. I have no anticipation of going here anymore. That albino kid named Zach never lets my family and I enjoy a late dinner. He's fixated on getting us out of there no matter how much I spend or how long I have been a customer. I can't stand his management style.
