I'm a return customer. From ****** to *****, I have purchased 6 times from a Toyota Dealer. I tried to make a trade in to purchase another vehicle. I knew it would be kind of difficult to accomplish. I am trying to buy a car after lease finalization. The price of payout is not reasonable. Description: I entered into lease agreement with RoundRock (*****) Toyota dealership. The car - RAV4 was priced at 28k in October of 2020. Over the period of lease I paid 4.5 down. Another **** k in 360 monthly payments. ****: I owned them on previous lease - 2k (for extra miles). They are putting loss leaders on website that are not available, and when you call they say it was a mistake. Current example is https://www.roundrocktoyota.com/new/Toyota/2022-Toyota-Avalon-014b0d4d0a0e09b0495a57ba89b84f17.htm?dsSource=VIN&dsAction=autoOpen. When I contacted them about the price advertised $4675 they said that the actual price was over $47,000. Yet it is still first item listed on their deals and they are not correcting the price.
This is for round rock toyota dealership. I went in to buy a car and at the first tike they showed and exolained me everything then a week later ibwent back as i had compared prices to see what tjey coukd do to make the deal happen their sales manager derrick just brought a price out and was like this is it i asked the sales rep if i could test drive the car he declined saying his mangaer refused for us to testdrive ! Round Rock Toyota has the kind of service department that gives all dealerships a bad name. I got an email reminder to take my car in for servicing, and having been going back and forth between Georgetown and California on business several times I had quite forgotten that I had already had this particular servicing done. The Service Tech told me it would be at least two hours to have an oil change, air filters replaced, etc., etc. So imagine my surprise when my car was returned to me in about 20 minutes. Our family had a great experience at Round Rock Toyota! The sales team here went above and beyond our expectations. Not only were they super knowledgeable but they were kind and made it a happy experience. Instead of being pressured or ignored (like most dealership) we felt welcomed and taken care of the RIGHT and HONEST way!!!! Highly recommend to families, singles and people from all walks of life :)
UN-ethical Business Activity- Classic Toyota – An immediately family member attempted to purchase a second vehicle from Classic Toyota while working with sales person Charles Weeder. The dealership agreed that if she put $500.00 down on a vehicle, it was completely refundable, should she decide not to puchase a particular make and model.
