Nice sales This year, we bought a new honda oddesay from them. We were very happy with the experience. The sales person (David) is not pushing and willing to presenting offer to his manager.
Classic Round Rock is horrible They practically locked me in a room and wouldn't let me leave until I signed a deal on a Honda Civic. They wrote a monthly payment of over $600 on a page and wouldn't tell me what the interest rate was or what the total amount would be that I was financing. When I refused (h o u r s later!!) and demanded my car back, they gave me my trade-in car back COMPLETELY covered in bird crap. (How appropriate.) Avoid them like the plauge Visited this dealership to purchase a new car a while back. Salesman and manager were very deceptive. The salesman even started yelling at me and name calling. Fine I can expect that from a sales man. However the manager was even worse. Playing games and giving me offers that were lies. Made me feel like this was a used car dealership.
