It's rare for me to write a review and very rare do I write one in google, but this experience is worth reviewing. I was very hesitant to purchase another vehicle from a dealership as ALL my history of doing so ALWAYS left a bad taste in my mouth - ALL of them. 4 stars because I made an appointment at 10am and took my truck in at said time, and they told me it would take them 1-2 days to find out the problem and they would not be able to give me a loaner until they found out the problem. I was left without a truck for more than a day. Didn’t see the point of even making an appointment. That was the only downside. We had a great experience working with Sebastian. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the car’s features with patience and clarity. The buying process itself was smooth, quick, and mostly paperless, which we really appreciated. The dealership also went the extra mile by helping us with the car delivery, which made things very convenient. Nothing but kudos to my salesman, Marc. I had had a horrible experience several days earlier with South Point Hyundai and had almost decided to move on to other makes/models but gave Round Rock Hyundai a chance. Glad I did! Marc was very upfront and transparent throughout the entire process. He was also extremely knowledgeable about all the cars I checked out, both new and used, including the 2023 Hyundai Elantra SEL which I ultimately purchased.
