Genesis of Round Rock is truly the experience. The dealership itself is clean, modern and zen. There’s a nice waiting room with lounge chairs as well as a table for desk work. Our rep was TY, he was great. Very knowledgeable about all the models and gave great insights on how to work each car. We test drive one car but I didn’t feel like it was me. We looked at two others and I finally found my car. Ty was helpful with the beginning to the end of the deal. Overall the experience was 5 stars, de dealership to representative.

I worked with Marcus who was down to earth (not a pushy salesman) and very patient with me. I went in looking for a sedan and ended up with an suv. I had to come back for financing due to my bank but I was in/out in 30 minutes. I do need to go back for a front license plate bracket but not the dealers fault. I haven’t worked with the service dept but I am concerned that they aren’t open on Saturdays right now but I think this will change soon. Hoping the Genesis suv will be good to me!
I went here to check out the new gv70, and I was met with amazing service from TY! He did an amazing job of showing me around the car and was very knowledgeable on everything I had asked! I definitely will be coming back here to purchase my next vehicle soon!
