We just purchased our first Genesis. Having previously owned Mercedes, I knew what to expect from a luxury dealer. We had a very good experience. Sales listened to our needs and wants and found a vehicle that matched. The purchase process was smooth, we got a fair price, and delivery went well. Easy place to shop for an automobile. Excellent service, no gimmicks, helpful staff. Bought a car super simple - i live out of town and the process couldn’t have been smoother. Spoke with a guy named Meet, we made a deal on the phone Friday, i drove in from Houston and picked up the car Saturday. Manager checked in, financial manager Joel was also informative, accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for their next vehicle.
Top notch experience. No high pressure pitch for the extras and more importantly no add ons stuck on every vehicle like some dealerships do just to increase profit. We knew what we wanted and were able to get in and out with our new car. It took some doing, but Ty did come through in the end.
