Excellence at the Genesis of Round Rock store. The staff, particularly Jamie Griles, added true value to my customer experience. He took the time to actually write down all my questions, answered each one thoroughly and then spent the time in my car training me on the road regarding how to use and get the best results with the regenerative breaking features. Awesome!! He went above and beyond what I had expected and I am an experienced marketing person. I love my all electric Genesis GV60!
I made several attempts to get my wife, GV80 serviced, but all i get when I call, Genesis of Round Rock is for me to leave a message. I left several messages and still, no return call. Poor customer service, but they want your business. The maintenance department are also closed on the weekends making it even harder to get your vehicle service. It's just bad service and they are not trying to make it better.
Service Dept,, thank you for stepping up when the other dealership in South Austin did not and cost us. Sincere and professional service advisor and service manager. Self-respecting and considerate, we have entrusted your care. Keep it up, folks.
