Wow, i have never heard of what they did before. I am 51, been around awhile. I had an appt for a FREE oil change and battery for 2pm. I called and they said i had a DROP off appt and i could not wait. I asked a few times what that means and they continued to say i could not wait. I asked if they would kick me out if i waited and they continued to say it was a drop off appt and i could not wait. I will never go to this facility again to buy a car and for sure for service. WOW
We visited Genesis to simply get some information about the new GV70. The entire staff was very friendly. Marcus was our sales rep and he did an amazing job highlighting and demonstrating the features of each vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. There was no high pressure selling. He listened to our requests and helped find the perfect vehicle. Great car buying experience with no hassle at all! Would definitely recommend.
