As always, I was cordially greeted as I came into the office and was called back at the time of my appointment - no waiting. The key words to describe the staff are courteous, friendly, efficient and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Round Rock Family Dental to anyone.
I have been going here for about 15 years and Dr. Jansa and his staff continually provide excellent service! He has offered me advice on alternative solutions to dental problems to save me money. They helped me take good care of my teeth when I was pregnant. The doctor has never recommended me or my husband any unnecessary fillings or procedures. Just wanted to finally take the time to say how very pleased I am having Dr. Robert Jansa as my new dentist. I came to him with an existing front bridge issue.... and my supporting teeth for the bridge were failing. My bridge was only a few years old.. and he mentioned that he might not be able to save the bridge due to the existing decay on the supporting teeth... but would sure try. I have been a patient of Dr. Jansa for 5 years. He, as well as everyone in the office are very welcoming people, i have had many procedures done at this office and they explained everything that i should expect from each procedure. i actually enjoy going to this dentist as i get treated as though i am a part of their family.
Customer service - commendable and helpful. Dental cleaning - professional and thorough. Dr. Jansa - I've been seeing him for over 25 years - that says it all..
Thank you Dr. Jansa and team for a job well done now for almost 15 years. I particularly like the gentle cleaning, the care and time Dr. Jansa takes in reviewing the cleaning and any needs I may have and thoroughness of items explained and discussed. The receptionist is great and scheduling is top notch. 5 stars it is!
I am always greeted upon arrival and departure with smiles. The dental hygienist is the best and Dr. Gorham can not be beat. I rate this office as A+.
My daughter and I have been going to Dr.Jansa for at least 15 years. Everyone from the front desk to my hygienist, are friendly and professional. I would recommend this practice to all ages.
