It is nice to go to a dentist and have the same person clean your teeth. The dental assistant was gentle, communicative, and made the experience very positive. The dentist communicated options clearly. My overall visit was excellent.
The staff and atmosphere at Round Rock family dental is always a pleasurable experience. The hygienist was very efficient and pleasant. I never feel that Dr. Gorham tries to pressure/convince me to have any procedure done until absolutely necessary...I highly recommend this dental office for care.
Always greeted with a smile at the sign-in & when I'm called in. I went in for a cleaning & check-up & the experience was quick & easy.
As usual, my visit to my dental professionals today was a very nice one. It is so pleasant to receive excellent care from your friendly staff!
Dr. Gorman and staff are extremely professional and very sociable. Having an ingrained fear of dentist, I am always calm and smiling at the wonderful service and the calming atmosphere. I extend to Round Rock Family Dental my highest recommendation!
Round Rock Family Dental has been consistently friendly and welcoming for more than seven years. I have found all of the staff members warm, exceptionally friendly, and eager to make my visits comfortable and pleasant. I don't enjoy a dental visit, but RRFD is the best dental experience I could possibly have.
I was a little disappointed with visit. Doctor wasn't sure why I was there, and supposedly, referring dentist office called them with the reason. So, not sure who dropped the ball. I wasn't offered dark goggles. I had to ask and even then, I didn't get them until sometime after procedure began. I asked assistant about post op care and she just led me to check out desk without saying a word. To top it all off, I had to fork over $151.00 for a filling for one tooth!!!
All the staff are amazing! Someone referred me to them about 11 years ago and ever since I was hooked. When Dr. Jansa was there along with Dr. Gortham I have found how honest they both were and believe me I've been to others that just wanted my money. You guys make my visits very enjoyable. Thank You!
Just a quick note saying thank you for another great experience during my routine dental visit today. The dental assistant that worked with me is very skilled and gentle as she works, and is always very pleasant to be around. The office assistant was thorough and also a very nice person to work with in setting up appointments. Great bunch of folks there! Thanks!
