Was nice to talk to Dr. Swenson again
My dual visit the other day started with a cleaning with Kimas my hygienist, she was wonderful, very thorough and did a great job even when givin novacaine which isn't always the most favorite. But when I went back to start my crown work that's when the wheels fell off. First off ibfelt like a third wheel on a date as the hygienist who was helping Dr. Swenson I am still uncertain of her name as I don't think she ever introduced herself and/or her capacity as a helper. Kim ,my hygenist, as always was very patient and excellent at explaining my treatment and answering my questions. Dr. Swenson was informative and encouraging. He has been supportive and uplifting,so I always enjoy my appointments.
Anna is always wonderful. She is so good at her job. I love having my teeth cleaned by her.
Everyone was very nice. I like that they have later hours.
Very friendly staff. My anxiety was reduced by being told step by step process of my procedure and they asked me many times if I was ok.
I wouldn't change a single thing. Not one. Dr. Swenson and his entire team are fabulous! And, this comment is coming from a guy who has always hated going to the dentist because of past abuses.
Good quality service. Well organized.
Dr. Tom actually saw me, my husband, and my son over two days for three cleanings, a root canal, and two teeth grinding consults! As always, Dr. Swenson and his staff were amazing. We trust our health to him, and he has never been anything but wonderful. I recommend him to everyone I know. :)
