Great staff, superb hygienists, professional dentists. Five out of five stars across the board.
The hygienist is always careful to do whatever makes me comfortable, whether a neck roll when I am lying back in the chair or remembering that my teeth are sensitive to cool water.

I’d definitely recommend Round Lake Dental. Everyone is always pleasant to work with and really know their jobs. They’re very sensitive to the fact that I don’t have insurance, but still make sure I know what’s best for my health.

Kim does a fantastic job and goes the extra mile in making sure that my teeth are as clean as they can be when I leave. She also explains to me what I am doing right and what I could do better without making me feel bad.
When I came in to have my tooth looked at because one of my teeth broke in half, I could not get an appt. for 3 months because of your office being short-handed. I was put on a short call list, which I appreciated, but I was worried I might lose the tooth if I didn't' get in, so I went somewhere else.
My Son was having a few fillings done and a women from the front desk called me and told me what my out of pocket would be, We arrived and a different women at the front told me a new cost that was about $75.00 more, When I explained what I was quoted she told me "Oh sorry that's to bad, But this is what you have to pay". Things seem to be going down hill now that Dr. Swenson is no longer there.
I had an issue and was able to get in within a couple hours. Due to time sensitivity a plan was put together to correct the problem quickly.
