Clean office, very friendly staff
Dr Swenson and his staff are so warm and welcoming!!! I am always happy to see them!! I know when I come in for an appointment, its never rushed, its calming, no pressures. I have never felt pain from a procedure, THAT to me, that is the perfect Dentist, and Dr Swenson you are perfect!! I love my dentist, don't know many people who can honestly say that!
Dr. Swenson and all his staff are courteous and professional. I am always greeted with a smile. The hygienist always take time to explain what is going to be done that day and ask how I am doing, not just with my teeth, but about me as a person. Dr. Swenson is so sweet. He explains everything and gives you reasons about why things may be happening with your teeth and gums and how you can make changes.
The staff at Round Lake Dental is second to none. As a former dental patient who suffers from anxiety from receiving dental care, im totally comfortable.
We love Round Lake Dental. The staff are all so nice and polite. They are great with the kids, making them feel at ease.
