There is nothing less then excellent for this entire office. The staff can't do enough to help you, greet you, and make you feel important. Then you get to meet Kalpit Shah DDS, your dentist. After too many years ignoring my dental problems, he has been fantastic. His caring, compassion and knowledge of dentistry is beyond any words I can express. I've always had wonderful experiences at Round Lake Family Dentistry, even when I haven't been the easiest patient to deal with. The staff is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, while remaining professional and straight to the point. I would recommend them to anyone.
Family dentistry is a 10 in my books. From the front door to leaving everyone is so very nice and professional. If you are looking for a family dentist , they are honest and up front. No surprises.
