We were visiting the area when our dog had a severe stroke. We called Round Lake Animal Hospital, and they rearranged their schedule so they they could see him right away. Sadly, we had to say goodbye, but everyone at the hospital was so nice and compassionate. The vets were extremely knowledgeable and straightforward about his condition. If I ever move to the Round Lake area, I will for sure take my pets to Round Lake Animal Hospital.
Dr Hafeez is always wonderful and compassionate. His whole team is amazing and caring. I wont bring my fur babies anywhere else because I found the best care for my pack. We had a bad experience at a closer vet. Round lake is about an hour drive and it’s well worth the treatment that we get there.
Dr. Hafeez has been taking care of our animals for probably 15 years. He is always personable and treats your pets like family. Round Lake Animal Hospital is the best around and I always take my animals there!
Our dog had CCL repair with Dr. Hafeez about a month ago. Dr. Hafeez is wonderful and his team is all so pleasant to work with. We were very surprised when we called today for a refill of the medication that Dr. Hafeez had told us to continue administering and were informed that there is a fee to have the order sent to our normal vet (in addition to the cost of the medication). We will end up paying close to $3000 for our dog's surgery and care, and fees for faxing scripts seem quite ridiculous! In 35 years of having pets I ... read more
WOW I cannot put into words how grateful I am I brought my fur baby here! We had a bad experience with our last vet and all of a sudden my dog was TERRIFIED. We went for a little visit here a few months ago to see how she’d react at another vet, and I could just tell by the way my dog was treated and how she was reacting to them that this was for sure our new vet. Dr. Hafeez and his team are just wonderful. I have been going to the Round Lake Animal Hospital for at least 20 years and at one time, had 8 dogs and the entire staff took wonderful care of all of them. Currently have two dogs, one with diabetsis and cushings and Dr. Hafeez is taking such good care of her as always.
❤️🐕❤️🐈❤️Every single person there is wonderful! Our furry babies are treated with the utmost of care and respect. All of the staff truly cares about everyone. I cannot say enough good things about this vet. They have become family with us and we love them! When the docs walk into the room our babies are instantly calm. Amazing place with amazing staff!! Very reasonably priced! We live an hour away and came to RLAH because numerous people recommended them/Dr Hafeez for surgeries. I wish we lived closer to come to him all the time. He was amazing! Our dog had a tumor removed, and we were so happy with how everything turned out. They also cut his nails when we didn’t even ask! So pleased with them! ❤️😊
