I currently live in a CHT Apartment and the management is great. The “maintenance request” option is always very fast and efficient! The team is super nice
The staff was very helpful even the old guy, plus they have such a cute doggo in the front office
Overall, I have enjoyed living with CHT! The apartments are nicely sized with big balconies (ours has a view of the lake which is a plus). The apartment grounds are kept clean. The price is unbeatable for the location, it’s a short walk to everything. The maintenance team is so so quick with requests, they’ve come as quick as a few hours after a request, but are usually there by the next day.
