I had a wonderful six months living here! My room was incredibly comfortable and nicely maintained, and the management team was always friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything I needed.

The team that manages the Roundhouse are simply amazing. Kind, responsive, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They gave me great peace of mind knowing that these folks were managing and protecting the building that housed my daughter halfway across the country for the past two years! Thank you thank you thank you!! My daughter lived in apartments owned by CHT Apartment management for five years in Madison- they are just great! Highly recommend!!!!!
