I've been living here (1 bed apartment at 626 Langdon St) for a month and still love it! The place is affordable and located near campus. The staff are incredibly helpful and professional, and the maintenance team is great and quick. The apartment itself is spacious, with a large living room and kitchen that I really enjoy. I have a new couch and new bed for free. My only minor complaint is that the window is a bit heavy to lift, but aside from that, everything is perfect. I honestly wish I had found this place sooner. Roundhouse CHT Apartments is seriously amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly and approachable, and any maintenance requests get taken care of super quickly. The whole place has such a welcoming vibe—it honestly feels like home. The location is also perfect for students, with everything you need close by.
I currently live in a CHT Apartment and the management is great. The “maintenance request” option is always very fast and efficient! The team is super nice
The staff was very helpful even the old guy, plus they have such a cute doggo in the front office
