The Montana – This is a great place to live. Management is very caring and friendly. Other residents in the building are very friendly. Close to City Park - across the road - Great place to live! We love it here! We would recommend RHP to our friends.
LOVE IT! Never want to leave. – I personally love it! Yeah it gets a little hot, but even if you just leave a box fan running, not even in the window, just towards the window, all day and night, it stays pretty cool. It is very very pet friendly, everyone on my floor has a dog pretty much and some weekends all the neighbors will hang out outside and let the dogs play. Great community! I lived in Poets Row for a year, and had previously lived in Captiol Hill (in other apartments) for three years. While my wife and I loved the vintage feel of the building, we couldn't stand how thin the walls were. We had noise coming from all directions, from above, across the hall, next door, it was extremely irritating. The main reason was the thin walls (which we thought was odd being that most older buildings are pretty thick-walled), the other reason: lousy neighbors. A Property Administrator shouldn't use this space to review themself or advertise – The review entitled "Vintage Urban Living" is written by someone from within the company and is essentially just advertisement for the leasing agency. I personally find this to be really wrong. To me this is akin to hiring people to write positive reviews for your restaurant/store, etc. I was considering using Round Hill and was researching reviews but this disgusts me.
Typical of Capital Hill - not RHP's fault – The person who wrote this review must be new to the Capital Hill area and RHP must have been their first apartment... I've lived in Denver all my life and the Capital Hill area for 6 years now, in that time I've lived in 4 different buildings as well as been in several others to visit friends. Horrible Landlord, nice apartments.. – I love the location I'm living in...Capitol Hill, but not at this expense. A when you rent here, they say they have swamp coolers, and to people who aren't from Colorado and don't know what a swamp cooler is, well we just nod our heads...but not all of there places do...and its hot.
