Since Round Hill Pacific sold off their properties in Portland, and KBC took over managing, things have started to improve. We have an attentive property manager who is responsive and caring, and is solution-oriented. ps April in the Portland office was an absolute pain to deal with.

I honestly wish I could give them zero stars! I lived in one of their properties from 2004-2009. When it became clear that my rent controlled unit could go for a lot more, they began aggressive and hostile behavior to get me out. They attempted to fraudulently charge me for old plumbing when there was a leak in the building and I ended up taking them to court because they wrongly withheld my security deposit. The way I have been treated by RoundHill was in no way professional or ethical. I was lead to believe that if I were to jump through the hoops laid out for me, I would be eligible to rent from them. I took care of all of their concerns, I last spoke with Eric, and was given the green light. I took care of the charge on my credit report, had all of my apartment references cleared, thereby checking everything off the list that they verbalized necessary for me to rent from them.
