Everyone was friendly and seemed happy to be there and take care of me. The exam was thorough and the dentist and all of his associates spent a lot of time explaining what was going on with my teeth/gums and the next steps for improving my dental health. There was no emphasis on cosmetic work that could be done, which I was happy about. It was the best experience I have had with a dentist.

In most businesses, the statement that the establishment almost put you to sleep would come as an insult, however, people are typically nervous or uncomfortable when in the dentist office. The environment was very relaxing and I had complete trust in the person taking care of my teeth, so it took a bit of willpower for me to stay awake.
