Rough Creek is our #1 getaway spot in Texas! We lead very demanding lives in Dallas and Rough Creek is where we go to escape into total relaxation. Every single thing there brings " peace& tranquility ". We stayed in Coyote Cabin last week for my birthday and it was so beautiful and quiet! The best place ever to relax,, Looking forward to going back in 2 weeks!

I LOVED my experience there! The staff are nice, accommodating, and informative-especially Daniel. He greets you with a smile and has excellent customer service. The zip lines, archery, and tomahawk throwing was a lot of fun! However, the way they treat their horses is left to the imagination. You can give them the benefit of the doubt but they NEED to build a shady area for them when they are not giving rides to customers. I had such a wonderful short weekend! Cody our guide for the horse ride it was hilarious and a lot of fun and Rachel was a wonderful waitress at dinner! The the room was beautiful and clean very nice spectacular View. The bartender Brandon was very kind, and attentive. I wasn't quite sure what to expect when we last minute booked the trip, we are already planning a trip back! Thanks guys!
An amazing experience from beginning to end! Engaging and attentive staff, outstanding atmosphere and exceptional cuisine. No detail was overlooked! I cannot wait to visit again!!
Very good food and great place to take family and relax. Not cheap, but well worth it my opinion and only 1.5 hours out of DFW.
