I’ve been a handful of times over the past 6 months and have never had a bad meal.
My husband and I eat at Roudigans about once a month and we love it! The service and food are fantastic!!
If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. Our family decided to have our Easter dinner here and it was absolutely horrible! We made reservations for 3pm and didn’t get seated until 3:20p maybe later and when we were finally seated there weren’t enough seats. Seating was extremely cramped! Our waitress was EXTREMELY unprofessional!!! She kept on knocking into our chairs as we ate and when I was breastfeeding my baby. Went today for Easter Buffet... Food was horrible all over cooked.. Had to wait around 45 minutes even though we had a reservation! Service was slow. Wait staff and bus boys hit my chair every time they walked past me. My parents got the bill for 6 people and it was $31.00! Oops! Lucky for them my parents are honest people...
Horrible! Bad management, bad service, bad food. We asked them to push tables together for our party and they said that they couldn't accommodate us. So we sat across the dining room from our friends and family. And then a half hour later, they were pushing tables together behind us for another large group of people! The food was terrible.
