I have lived here too long... and this place has gone to the dogs. It's disgusting. Mold EVERYWHERE! It's visible. The laundry room is where you'll first see it. Oh, only half the washers and dryers work. But don't talk to management! It's not their job 🙄 Management is rude, racist, and awful to deal with. We pay for amenities we don't even get to enjoy. Living experience was good, but experience after moving out is not good. I left the suite in perfect condition after doing the joint inspection with the caretaker on last day of the month. Caretaker confirmed they have found a new tenant. Now, after 1.5 month, they say they did not sublet the unit for 20 days, and are denying to return the security deposit. The property manager and the gentleman who sat beside her, they are very rude. What I have experienced, they definitely have issues with their attitude. I hope the Sussex realty management will look into this and appoint some people who are sensible, professional, and most importantly, know how to respect others.
