Laundry room is a 50/50 chance to get a working dryer, and when you do get a chance, you might have your laundry basket stolen! Great right? Also a non functioning “work out facility”. Along with the strangers intruding the building at all hours of the day! Update June 21st 2025 No Hot Water since the 20th and told nobody could come and fix it until the 23rd at the earliest. Jacqueline has been a wonderful property manager. She is professional, kind, and communicates very well with residents. What stands out most is that she treats everyone with equal respect and genuinely cares about the people in the building. We really appreciate the effort she puts into creating a positive and welcoming environment.
