Dustin is our Rottler provider and he does a GREAT job! When we moved into our home 4 years ago, we had a brown recluse issue. Since hiring Rottler to treat our home every other month, we no longer have a serious issue of brown recluses. And about once a year when I see a bug of any kind, I text Dustin and responds immediately! I filled out the online form to request an inspection of a possible raccoon in my attic very early Saturday morning, the 16th of March. I received a phone call about 10 minutes later from a customer service rep who confirmed with me and had my appointment set up for the following Tuesday, March 19. I was given a very reasonable time frame of 4 to 6 PM. Come Tuesday, I wait for my time slot. 4 o'clock passes, then 5, then 6, then 7, then 8. No technician showed up.
