I use Rottler's every-other-month service to control bugs/spiders in my home (primarily my basement). Denny S has been assigned to my maintenance for the past few months, and he is awesome! He provides great customer service - if I am not home when he does the external treatment, he leaves a description of what he's done and anything he found out of the ordinary (like a bird nest in my gutters!); if I am home, he is always so friendly, explains what he's doing, and takes the time to answer any questions I have. I called another company first and was told they would do exactly what we needed; the problem was we needed someone to come assess the situation and tell us what they thought needs to be done. The technician did an excellent job. He did a thorough assessment, he explained what was needed and then did it. We are very confident our problem was solved. Thank you!!! 😊

Dave our technician is AWESOME! He was very thorough and accommodating with our request and schedule. He is also very knowledgeable and answers all the questions I had. We caught three mice in the house last night, I told him about it and he was able to get out today to proceed with more actions. With the situation we have right now, his professionalism and service definitely have put us at ease. We feel like we are in such great hands!

We've been using them for about two years to control spider and cricket problem as well as mice. They come to the house every couple of months to spray for bugs and check for any mice activity. We have been pest free ever since. Thank you!
