New gyn patient: 1st visit discussed family history of uterine cancer and heavy bleeding. 2nd visit recommends ablation. I remind her of my family history and she says oh you can't have an ablation. I don't expect her to remember me but at least look at the chart. I'm sure at one time she was a great dr but her overly busy practice has left a lot to be disired. She should not take on new patient she can't handle. Off to MGH I go.
Dr. Rotter has a busy practice and I was a complicated case. She always took the necessary time needed to answer my questions and return my call. You can tell she truly cares for her patients.
Dr. Rotter is really a very genuine kind person. She runs a little late but I can tell you why. When the patients have questions she does not rush you, she answers them in great length and makes sure you have an understanding of what you are discussing with her. Her bedside manner is great and she is very compassionate and personable! The nursing staff is also very kind as well and follows suit with Dr. Rotter's bedside manner.
Had a great experience with Dr Rotter. She took time to answer all my questions, addressed all concerns, and is knowledgable, kind and friendly. Office staff is nice and I did not experience long wait times.
There are not enough words to cover the care I received from Dr. Rotter and her staff. My first pregnancy resulted in an emergency c-section and was traumatizing for both myself and my husband. She made sure to explain what happened to me, and she set aside time with my husband (a year later) to discuss it with him. My 2nd and 3rd pregnancies resulted in 2nd trimester losses and both her and her staff were amazing. For my most recent pregnancy, the care was again amazing.
