I saw Dr. Rotter for 4 out of my 5 pregnancies. My first was an emergency and incredibly terrifying for myself and my husband. In the 3 years following my first, I lost 2 boys and this is where Dr. Rotter’s exceptional care came into place. horrible experience- i waited over 50 mins to see her, she rushed me, she seemed irritated with my questions. the staff was cold. i am sure she is a good doctor but i did not feel heard or welcomed. this is my first pregnancy. i am going to go elsewhere.

Always late, cancels on a whim, no respect for my time. Rushes through everything, and then stares at you with a blank face. Not genuine. She is always late and never apologetic. Her office is old, could use updating.

She cancels appointments - a lot. Either not in the office, a delivery is going on or a surgery. Because of this, I found an alternate dr. When I requested my medical files (7 years worth) - which I brought to the practice in a huge folder, I was told they no longer had them. They said the Dr is allowed to review and retain only what she wants and threw away all of my files. I had a fertility assisted conception and a high risk pregnancy and delivery and now have no records of any of that. It's beyond frustrating.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rotter for a little over five years and I cannot say enough good things about her. She delivered both my beautiful children and she was there for me every step of the way throughout my pregnancies, providing exceptional care with a very comforting bedside manner. She is an outstanding doctor always taking the time to ensure I understood anything she explained & that I was comfortable with every decision made. I have full trust in Dr. Rotter & am so thankful for her.

Worst office and staff that I have ever seen! Do not go here. Unprofessional and always cancelling appointments.

1st appointment after waiting months to get one. Arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Scheduled for 11am. At 1130am, I had yet to be seen. Receptionist said most patients "understand" that the doctor "usually runs late" and are prepared to wait "for an hour" and that I was "next" but there were still two patients ahead of me. I asked to be rescheduled. Receptionist said doctor was "double and triple booked" for months but someone would call me. No one ever called.

I saw Dr. Rotter for my first pregnancy, which resulted in the diagnosis of a Blighted Ovum. She was incredibly compassionate when explaining the diagnosis to me and my husband and provided us with multiple choices on how to proceed. However, in hindsight I do feel she should have been a little more firm with her recommendations. Also, when I did become pregnant again I ended up having to switch providers as the office was unable to accommodate me within a reasonable time frame.

Michelle is the best OBGYN out there. When we first met Dr. Rotter we were living very close to her office and over the year have moved to Seacoast NH about 45 min to an hour from Dr. Rotter office and about 1-1:15 form Winchester hospital I say this because we have one of the leading birthing facilities about a mile from our house and we choose to go to Dr. Rotter for all three of our children including the most recent about two months ago. She is truly amazing and really the best.
