From the moment I met Dr. Rotramel I felt that my primary care physician had referred me to someone exceptional. Caring, thoughtful and gifted at what she does. Answered all my questions thoroughly and completely and made sure to let me know she was available via MyHealth if I had any concerns with my impending treatment. The DR herself was very good. Nice, funny and personable. Where this office failed was in not telling me that a procedure would be billed as a surgery when it really wasn't a surgery. And not letting me know that there would be a very high co payment. Also the office did not send over my results in a timely manner for my refering Dr's appt in two days, which I was told that they would. Its too bad the the office staff would make a wonderful Dr like her get a lower grade and a bad review .
