We just moved in and found out we had some old broken pipes in our yard that were causing a back up in the house. Sam Smith, our Roto Rooter plumber was able to diagnose the issue and get it knocked out. He was incredibly friendly and professional and Roto Rooter has our future business thanks to him!
Had a leak in the wall and Sam Smith spent a lot of time explaining what he was going to have to do to fix the problem. Was very professional and knows what he's doing.
