We had a clogged kitchen sink. Technician said it would be 780$ because they had to cut the pipe, clean it, and then reattach because he thought there was grease. We signed work order saying ok, proceed with work. Technician never actually cut or cleaned pipe, just snaked the drain. My wife asked if the price was the same for just snaking, technician said "yup".
