I can’t say enough positive things about Mr Keith the technician who came out. I had a huge mess due to partial home fire and didn’t phase him.The toilet had been sitting for over 2 months. He showed up told me the price & my question was what if you can’t fix it? He said if he can’t fix it then they don’t charge so hey you can’t find that anywhere else in this area. Set up an appointment to have them come look at a clogged drain. Plumber arrived, told him I had a clog in two sinks. Without checking anything inside, he immediately tells me to have the septic tank pumped. I had that done, and of course it didn't fix the sinks. Water would be backing up through the lower drains if it was an overflowing septic tank. Wasn't charged for this "consultation" and I ended up needing my septic pumped, but it was also a complete waste of time, and didn't fix the issue whatsoever. Ended up using a l... read more

Absolutely loved using this company my Technician was Keith he was so friendly and helpful explaining to me what the problem was .. he also had conversations with my busy 3 year old!!
