We had a major leak from an old pipe leaking into our kitchen and I was told by insurance I needed an independent opinion the same day. Roto rooter was able to send someone the same day and they’ve been so amazing about how quickly they took action. Bi on plumbing, Ben with water remediation, and Israel with demo work were all so kind, professional, and responsive. Each of them went above and beyond and I never thought I’d feel so much warmth toward a plumbing company. Highly recommend and so grateful to them.
