Called this company for a water heater replacement estimate. The repair tech’s responded by saying that they went under the house which is nowhere near the water heater and listed a myriad of other issues. When I asked them about the water heater they said, “we didn’t even touch it”. So, called another contractor and they had it replaced in a day and my 83 year old mother had hot water again! This company should change its name to Roto-Scammers then they’d get five star reviews for sure!
