3 stars because they were (mostly) prompt with sending someone but I will not ever recommend them, ESPECIALLY if you have septic. Despite confirming with the rep that took my call when I was in the midst of an emergency involving a clogged drain that they in fact can work with septic systems, that was very wrong. For 150 dollar "diagnosis" fee the man who showed up opened the septic and quickly stated that our tank was full. When I questioned how this could be considering it was pumped out 3 to 4 months ago, I was met with a... read more
