I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Roto-Rooter. We called them after a previous plumber damaged our grinder pump system, leaving us with a major plumbing issue and an incredibly stressful situation. Eli showed up late this evening, kids in the house and navigated a toilet failure brilliantly (and it impacted the shower and was connected to a second bathroom). He appeared cautious while confident and left with all seemingly repaired and a six month warranty. He was a total professional and appeared to maintain grace and humor while getting the job done. Grateful for skilled experts like Eli. Thank you.

I am very pleased with the service I received recently. I had a hot and cold shut off valve replaced and my plumber was very courteous and professional. I am doing some cosmetic work in my bathroom and will be calling Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup very shortly to put in a new console sink.
