The Plummer arrived promptly on a Sunday morning for soft clogged sewer. The drain had cleared on its own before he arrived. He went to main line to inspect and found a broken flapper/ backup preventer. He tested all facets and toilets to make sure lines were clear. The 15 minute appointment was $157. He instructed me to call back tomorrow if I didn’t hear from them regarding the replacement piece. He provided his personal cell number and the excavation manager’s name.
