I liked Zach he was friendly talkative and very thorough he talked me through almost everything I know I ended up asking him the same question two or three times but he took the time to explain and walk me through the process about my water heater unfortunately I am gonna have to buy another water heater my 07 model just wasnt cutting it anymore but im not mad at that gotta do what you gotta do right he showed me what to look for when buying another which I'm in the process of doing I hope to hear and see Zach again...cause ... read more

They are good communicators and responsive. However, I asked for a rough price for a straight forward main line clean-out before they came out on a weekend, but they couldn’t give me anything. The tech came out and gave me a price of $552 (from a price list), which is the most expensive around this area. If they would give a price beforehand, it wouldn’t have wasted everyone’s time.
