Ryan & Co were AMAZING! Just bought our first home, and the whole team did an awesome job. Most important to us, from the first call, to needing to reschedule, and then getting the work done, they walked us through the process and worked around our schedule. We got multiple quotes, and Ryan told us what we needed, and ended up coming in well under-budget. Couldn’t recommend them more highly, I’m sure everyone there is great- But if you get Ryan on the job, I know its gonna be a good day. Thanks team!
We noticed some water marks in our ceiling & assumed we had a leak. The tech was very nice but basically he diagnosed a leak and then told us that in order for someone to come with a thermal gun to check for any additional water damage we’d have to wait for a supervisor to come out (so could be a few days). To fix the leak it would just require caulking in our tub which was going to run us $300 on top of the $300 we were paying just for him to come out and diagnose the the leak.
