Rufino was awesome! I was happy with service and would definitely recommend using root rooter again!
the visit went good and our toilets are working. However we are supposed to get a call to set up an appointment to have roto-rooter run a scope through our sewer lines and we have not got that call yet. We have received this request for a review multiple times though and the job is not complete
Ty came to my house to get my bathroom sink to start draining. Ty was a very professional ,friendly and very thorough about what he was doing. He explained the whole process as he was going telling me exactly what he was going to do... got the sink water flowing again ..very positive experience working with him. He also cleaned up everything before he left and made sure everything was working properly.
Great guy and he knew how to fix my situation
