Called for bathroom sink clogged drain. Wanted peeled to Street. Kept promising me they would be there fir 3 days. Sent a guy who wanted to work on tub. Only peeled out a small ways and said it would clog again. Didn't fix the problem. Tech said he didnt have the equipment to eel to the street. WILL NEVER USE ROTO ROOTER AGAIN!
Laughable service and scheduling. Scheduled and was told tech would be here at 12:30pm. Got a text message every 1.5hrs telling me they were behind but still coming. Called dispatch twice first time I was told I would get a call from tech. No call back. Called again at 4:45p and I asked if I would still receive service today and they said certainly LOL! Received a call at 5:53pm telling me they had no more techs in area! Don’t waste you time!!!
Davis was very polite and helped us out a lot, he got the job 100% done and really saved us
roto rooter is very knowledgeable and gets to the root cause of your problem. Their techs are very knowledgeable!!others may be cheaper but they may leave not solving the problem and you knowing exactly what caused it
