The lady who answered the phone to schedule my appointment? Super sweet. Everything else? Horrid. The technician came out inspected our issue told us what would hopefully fix it then tells us prices went up at the start of the year so he’d have to go figure out what the price would be…he comes back in and tells us 805$ mind you this is just to auger ONE toilets main line from the toilet source. I wish I could give this a negative star my husband called probably around 9 AM this morning they said that they were going to send someone out in an hour so my husband took the day off work. It is now 7:42 PM. No one ever showed up. The app shows that they’ve been servicing our house for the past two hours. Every time I call I just get to run around that they’re on their way. I ended up calling and just saying please do not send anybody. I do not want your service anymore - waste of my day and time.
