Update, 9 Apr 26: seriously, I can't say enough about how great this company is! I called after work for a block in my main waterline. Cole P showed up an hour later. He was careful, respectful, and answered every question I had. It took several hours, but his diligence and persistence paid off and he finally got it cleared (nearing midnight).
