Lamont took care of both toilets quickly and effectively. For the record, the plumber himself was good, but the company charged me over $600 to snake 2 toilets in 20 minutes.
My kitchen sink pipes blew apart late one Friday night and I discovered that most 24-hour plumbers aren't 24-hours. But Roto-Rooter IS 24-hours and came quite quickly. The guys who came were knowledgeable and efficient, cleaned the drainage line, fixed the pipes, and cleaned up the mess. Then others came with dehydrators and later fans. Very professional and easy to deal with.
