The technician was knowledgable and very friendly. He took his time and explained the process of snaking a drain. He has been the only one to snake the drain under my stationery tubs were the problem was. I was very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Roto Rooter to friends. Had them install gas line for dryer in two homes on the property, as well as connect washing machines. Dana was professional and hard-working. Everything works great! I would highly recommend.
The technicians came to the house almost immediately after I contacted dispatch and requested service. They quickly assessed the problem and corrected it. Mike gave me a run-down of what the problem was and what I needed to do to prevent future problems. I was very pleased with their professionalism.
The service was good and the plumbers were polite, but I feel I was needlessly charged for a faucet. I had a leak in the bathroom behind the vanity and no one used the knobs so how could have that have been the problem. So far I have not had any leaking. To "compensate" for the additional charge for the faucet another plumber came and replaced the screws on the toilet.

Pricey to clear my sewer line, but they came out within 2 hours of calling. technician was very helpful and explained all the work he was doing.
I used to consider Rotorooter a reputable company - NOT any more. The "technician" made a half a$$ attempt at snaking my drain - then told me they could "JET" it for $900. Another drain cleaning service actually came in and at a lesser distance than RR hacks said they snaked CLEARED the blockage; imagine that. Go for the smaller company - not the nationwide thieves.......
We had Mitchell come out to fix our bathtub he went above and beyond climbing under our house to find out what was going on. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and would not hesitate to call again if I have future plumbing issues
