Jerry was great. He gave us excellent customer service and made sure everything was done right. Marc and Tyrell were both awesome. They spent so much time triaging and trying to confirm where the problem stemmed from. One thing I learned about Roto-Rooter is that they will over charge you for everything. It stinks because most of the time plumbing issues don't lend themselves to price shopping.
I was able to change the date/ time at the last minute due to an emergency with the office garbage disposal and they came that same day and fixed everything in a timely manner.
