They were absolutely fantastic the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was John Evans he absolutely bent over backwards to help me with my problem, the technician Joe Young tech #0729 was beyond wonderful. I will use their service again for any plumbing problems I may have in the future. Mr. Evans even gave me a telephone number to reach him if I had any further plumbing problems or any problems with a technician in the future.

Roto-Rooter of Raleigh was absolutely fantastic! I had an issue with a sewage ejector pump (obviously a messy situation!), and Danny knew exactly how to fix the problem after just a few minutes of assessing the situation! He went above and beyond to quickly find the replacement parts I needed, and got everything fixed the same day! I'd highly recommend him, and Roto-Rooter Raleigh, to anyone in the area.

We had a water pipe burst at 11:45pm Christmas Eve. We call the 24 hour number and received a call back with promise of a plumber next day (Christmas Day). He arrived and evaluated the problem, delivered an estimate (very reasonable due to Christmas Day) and proceeded with repair in a timely, professional and very much appreciated manner as the temperature was dropping and we had the water turned off and were afraid other pipes would freeze. Our Christmas angel work Roto-Rooter on the uniform and his name was Jack!

I had a serious problem with water coming out of the back of the shower. Called Roto-Rooter, the answer the phone fast, booked an appointment fast, showed up fast, and diagnosed the issue fast. They brought fans and dehumidifiers fast, cut a hole in the ceiling to get it to dry fast, and did a temporary fix on the shower so I could use other water in the house fast. Terrible. I had a simple clog and it cost me $500+ After the guy left the clog came back, only now my toilet won't stop hissing and the water shut off valve is now broken. I'm in much worse shape now than before I called. Now I'm waiting on someone to come out to fix the clog and I'm also going to have to take off work to wait on a plumber to fix the water shut off valve, and I don't even know if I'm going to have to pay for this again!
