I contacted Roto-Rooter this morning, and Anthony their plumber showed up 30 minutes later. My 3 and 2 year old boys observed the truck pull up in front of the house and wanted to greet the plumber. So we went out together to greet Anthony. Anthony was very polite and friendly to my boys and I. Overcharged , did not do his job . Next day the shower was clogged again . Never explained anything to me . Never offered a free camera to check what was going on , said to me that my sewer line was old and that’s the reason . I Called another plumber and with camera inside sewer line , said the sewer line was very new and nothing wrong with that and the issue was the toilets bowl .
