I had a great experience with Rotor Rooter. The technician, Victor, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and unclogged the pipes efficiently. He was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He advised me Greg would come later with the camera to check the pipes for any problems. Greg arrived a few minutes later and recommended hydro jetting as a long-term solution to prevent future clogs, which I really appreciated.
