Very quick service, came out within an hour. Technician very respectful, friendly, kind. Garbage disposal ended up needing replacing. Price was flat rate quoted up front. In my opinion, it was too high for the 1hr of labor spent. You could find a cheaper rate from a mom and pop outfit. But, I was willing to pay it for same day convenience and peace of mind of warrantied work from a larger company. Service was prompt and Gabriel arrived within the scheduled timeframe. He was friendly and polite and completed the work in under 5 minutes. Only reason this isn’t a five star review is the price. It’s borderline outrageous to charge $265 to clear a clog imho. I get the price for the secondary option of $600+ if they needed to move around a toilet and dig into the pipes, but to clear a clog alone that seemed extremely overpriced. Still the service was quick, as expected. Just that price is hard to swallow.
