We were robbed. The service is very very much overproced. The guy was nice enough but I had the feeling he was soft-selling me. The proce to chage the guts in two toilets- $500!!!!! I regret calling them. I had the same work done for about $50 several years ago, I know prices go up but not that much. AND- he initially quoted me $1,000- a sales ply so that when he sropped it to $500 it sounded like a bargain. This is elder abuse.

Tazio Richards was terrific , he took cafe of what needed to be taken care of. you can send him to any client and you can be sure they will be very taken care of well.

Plumber did not have the simple toilet valve part on the truck despite my indicating that it was the part needing to be replaced. He left to go buy the part. The repair was done well. The $450 price did seem overpriced given it took him less than 30 minutes to complete the repair once he had the correct part on site.

Jordan was awesome. He walked me through the service scenarios for my water heater and recommended several options for future maintenence. He also confirmed that there were no obvious issues with the water heater. Very much appreciate the visit and the knowledge he offered around the flushing exercise and what my water heater needed.
