It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Roto Rooter from the initial phone call to dealing with my rep Jordan. Jordan was an absolute Professional from start too finish. He dieted the problem , gave me a couple of option and then immediately took care of business. All the way down to a detail drawing of what was going on. I wish there were more than 5 stars to leave. Jordan we can’t thank you enough for your professionalism throughout the process!

Hello my name is Leanne and this is my finance Jonathan’s google review but I’m speaking for the both of us. I cannot recommend this company enough. Jordan was our tech and he was absolutely amazing. We had a tricky drain clog and when this happens normally my finance can snake it out himself but this one was a tough one and Jordan worked very hard on it til it was all the way fixed. Ralston was the plumber/technician who did my work and I was super pleased with him. Not only did he do the work, but he cleaned up so well, that not a little piece of drywall was left. He did it quickly and well with a minimum of cutting into walls. I would highly recommend Ralston and Roto Rooter
