Scheduled an appointment same day and the technician was out to my home in about 2 hours. Their app was pretty easy to use. I got a call 30-40 minutes before the techs arrival to make sure I still wanted the service. There's no fee for the tech coming out to see the problem at hand. Stephan was great! He listened to my toilet problem and was able to tell me how to solve it. He quoted me on the service before completing it. CHARGED ME $300 FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
Our washing machine didn't drain, so we knew there was trouble. Roto-Rooter was here within a couple of hours, and had it figured out, and fixed lickety split! Our service rep was knowledgable, kind and clean!
He was honest and worked in a timely manner! Would definitely recommend him.
