We had a complete failure with all bathroom fixtures. We had a small issue Tuesday and on Wednesday Chal came to the rescue. He is a total professional.
Fast and effective
Chal came today to fix and repair a drain clog . My utility sink and shower both were not draining properly. He fixed both . Everything is working great now . I requested chal because he did other jobs for me in the past and I’ve always been pleased with his work .
Prices are absurd. I was quoted $1100 to replace a garbage disposal or $600 if I provided the garbage disposal. I have a problem with that. $600 for 45 minutes of labor.. ? I ended up just doing it myself. It cost $160 for the unit and exactly 48 minutes of my time. I will not use this brand and suggest looking around. There are a lot of plumbers who are reasonably priced out there. Expect to pay way more if you use Roto.
Was almost a whole week with them here each day - great service, great communication, very polite and careful. In particular watched and worried about my cat getting out! Very happy with all of them!
