Fast service, great work, got me out a big problem. Everything is working.
We had a problem in our 'guest' bathroom with the shower. The knobs were sticking badly and taking a shower in there was becoming a chore. Roto rooter came out and took a look. I was pretty involved work, but they walked us through what they were doing. At the end of the day the problem was taken care of, our shower was working again, and I felt they were very professional and considerate as they worked.
I called and they came out the same day, replaced my Hot Water heater. They wore booties over their boots, called me when the Plumber was on the way and took the old tank and cleaned up after himself. I'm very pleased with the Service I received. **** *.
One unfortunate evening, we discovered a leak that had been hidden behind our washer and dryer. It had definitely been leaking for some time, as the entire wall was mush. We were able to pull a section of drywall out with our hands but black mold fell out. We immediately panicked. It was later on a Saturday evening and I had doubts we would find help as soon as we needed it. This company takes advantage of the vulnerable especially— really unfortunate. Quoted me 10k to install outdoor clean out. Average price in area (based on 10+ estimates) is $1500-$2500 max. Something really should be done for accountability here.

extremely poor customer service. I called for an emergency and the technician was 48 hours late! My toilet was running water for 2 days! He then showed up for a quick ten minute by replacing a screw and said there is no guarantee this will fix the issue. He gave me the invoice and was over $400! I called billing and told them the situation. They basically said to bad sorry for the inconvenience. Service was excellent. (*******, 3/20/23). Was very patient with me, as I tend to ask a lot of questions. Finished in a very timely manner and everything is now running smoothly. Thanks to the wonderful tech **** *
None of my lines were draining, so I called Roto-Rooter. The technician was able to get everything working, and ended up pulling out some wipes that my wife had flushed down the drain. Lessons learned: don't flush wipes and call Roto-Rooter when you're in trouble!
Loved my experience with RR as they were prompt, courteous and answered all of my questions. I certainly recommend!
