Had a water replaced along with water restoration. Fast and quick response. Job was done in a few days. Techs were professional and friendly. Great experience!
They installed a water heater in October 2022 $3700 May 2023 they replaced due to it quit working cost $1800. said labor was not covered, SCAM company

Roto Rooter has gone above and beyond every time I have used them. They are always quick to respond and their sales reps and technicians are top notch. From the professional, friendly and efficient customer service to their fair pricing, I would recommend everyone to use Roto Rooter.
I would rate this company lower if I could. I had a leak under my sink and was told that there would be a $99 charge just to come out to the house. As I had difficulty finding anyone to come out, I felt I had to pay that cost. This started on a Friday and they could not come out until Monday. I had to turn off my water from the cutoff in our garage, and turning it off broke the valve. Austin, TX: I had Roto-Rooter come out to quote me on a simple diagnostic to determine why one of my properties' tank wasn't igniting and to fit a collar on the pipe. Before even looking at the details of the unit, they quoted me $700. The quote wasn't itemized at all and when I asked them what it's for, they verbally said getting and fitting the collar on the pipe, cleaning the basin of the tank, and servicing the burner. On 18 May I phoned Roto-Rooter and explained that my ******Tankless Water Heater stopped working due to an error code 14 (thermal fuse defective). A Roto-Rooter technician arrived a couple hours later and told me that I would need a new Heat Exchanger. He also said, he contacted the manufacturer (******) and a ****** representative said, "the Heat Exchanger is under warranty, but they would not cover it because failure of the Heat Exchanger is due to lack of maintenance."
