Terrible service, extremely overpriced, left my sidewalk unfinished, tried to leave cleanout above grade. Overall a complete disaster. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

One of the water heaters was leaking so I called Roto-Rooter, big mistake, the plumber (Kostadin) suggested changing the other water heater at the same time and I trusted his recommendation not knowing that he is trying to create more work. He told me that it will cost between $3300 to $3500 to replace both and because I was desperate I know that is taking advantage of the situation I told to go ahead. Immediate response team was great, but the clean up crew were terrible. Took forever to get them to come out. Had to take multiple days off work just waiting for them to show up while we waited for raw sewage to be cleaned up by the "professionals". Charged almost $3,000 for spraying some cleaning fluid and setting up dehumidifiers. Don't hire unless you're willing to be overcharged and under communicated with. Customer satisfaction is very low on their priority list as long as they can bill you.

Called Roto Rooter to fix a leak on a toilet they worked on 6 months earlier. The plumber came fixed toilet 1 (wax ring failure) and another toilet 2 (constantly running). Over $800 for labor , $80.40 for parts. A Job manager came by during plumbing repair with a hand device taking readings on the bathroom walls. We were told the leaking contaminated our bathroom and we should have it cleaned, demoed, and replaced. I wasn't convinced since there is a floor drain right in front of the toilet. Excellent Service, prices were a bit higher but they did a camera on my line and gave me a six month warranty.
Very professional, explained all of my options I had available to me. Tech was friendly knowledgeable and through. Highly recommended.
We had a problem in our 'guest' bathroom with the shower. The knobs were sticking badly and taking a shower in there was becoming a chore. Roto rooter came out and took a look. I was pretty involved work, but they walked us through what they were doing. At the end of the day the problem was taken care of, our shower was working again, and I felt they were very professional and considerate as they worked.
Fast service, great work, got me out a big problem. Everything is working.
