Wow! They wanted $375 minimum to clear a slow running kitchen sink. Never even came in to look are it. If you don’t agree they will charge you $35 for the dispatch. They don’t need to charge “weekend rates” when they are already charging this much! Thanks for wasting my time.
We called Roto-rooter to come service our hot water heater. We smelled gas and the pilot wasnt working. The technician came out. Looked at it for about 30 seconds. Said "Yeah im not touching that," they wouldnt do it and laughed at us. $79 to be laughed at.
Diego was super helpful and professional. Very nice guy, did a thorough job and I’d recommend him to anyone. Roto Rooter should be proud to have him on the team.
David is a great professional plumber! Explained what was wrong, how he was going to fix and a time frame. He showed up on time and had an awesome personality!
