Francisco was awesome. Perfect timing, stayed late to get the job done, and communicated what was needed and our options and made everything make sense very easily.

Roto Rooter was extremely quick and we had a picture of our technician(Ricardo) before he arrived. Ricardo was knowledgeable, very personable & let us know what was going on and what to expect(a plus, he was so cute) arriving in about an hour after we connected the company and an hour after that problem solved. I will say I think it was on the expensive side but if you’re looking for fast & efficient and don’t mind paying for that level of service then it’s a win win
