He was very friendly and professional and helped me with all of my questions that I had and also solve the problem. I would recommend them to friends. Stinky brown water in kitchen sink....after I plunged it myself!! Called and they came out on Saturday right away. Never thought I could get it done on a weekend. Darley was our tech and he was just the best.
Fantastic service! I had called two other plumbers to no avail. I remembered a friend telling me about her wonderful experience with Roto-Rooter. I called and within an hour a plumber and trainee were here. They gave me a quote and resolved the problem in a timely manner. When a secondary problem arose they promised not to leave until that was fixed also. Good to thier word the two stayed until about 7 PM. I wouls recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone.
The service technicians from Rooter Rooter did an A+ job, and they did it very professionally. They knew what they had to do, went to it, and cleaned up when they finished. Both were friendly and one tech in particular was pretty humerous - although he kept to his job, so I didn't feel that I was paying for him to waste time and my money.
