Day before Thanksgiving, no appt. left. Corey (tech 35) added me to his list saying he might be late but I was desperate. Called at 10pm near my house, arrived and went straight to work. Polite, professional, answered all my question, helped me problem solve to avoid issues in the future. If there’s a next time, I’ll ask for him.

We had a nice little visit with Corey (Tech #35) at our house a while back. It was a drain cleaning party and Corey was the guest of honor. He did an amazing job. The clean and functioning drain are a testament to his expertise. Thank you Corey!

Tried some local plumbers first, had to leave messages and they either did not respond or did not want to do a smaller job. Roto-Rooter answered the phone and scheduled an appointment next day. Corey showed up on time, did the job very well and efficiently. He was polite and professional.

I called Roto-Rooter when the drainage pipe connected to the washing machine in the basement was over flowing and flooding my basement. There was no one available to come out the day that I called so I set up an appointment for the following day between 5-7, the technician did not show up until almost 9 pm and was there until almost 11 pm, this is the only complaint I had as I had to get up early for work the next day. We very much appreciated the prompt same-day response to unplug our pond drain that began to overflow and seep into the basement. Corey was on time and professional and explained to me what he needed to do to remove the blockage. Very pleased with Corey and the local staff and recommend Roto-Rooter highly.

Corey, Tech 35 arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, informed me of potential problems and advised me regarding options. It was informed choice worthy of a doctors office! Corey is a true professional. He explained the situation, solved the problem, and advised me regarding prevention in the future. Customer service provided was fantastic, from scheduling of service over the phone, to the technician that arrived to fix my plumbing problem. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and more than willing to explain the neccessary work to be done, in a language appropriate for the plumbing illiterate. I also appreciated the notion of a guarantee for the work that was done, as they were only minor repairs but still seemed costly. I had problems with an 85-year old sewer pipe and main in my house. Two knowledgeable and courteous Roto-Rooter plumbers showed up promptly, assessed the problem, made recommendations, and oversaw a major replacement of my sewer main. Additionally they isolated and repair other problem spots in the plumbing system. Highly recommended. I'll definitely use them again if I find myself in need of plumbing services.
